This Privacy Policy explains what information the Health & Wellness Plan Portal ("the Service", "we") collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address, and a hashed form of your password and security answer. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.
- Health information you provide: the patient details and laboratory values you upload or enter (for example age, sex, location, and test results) so the Service can produce your plan.
- Usage information: basic activity such as the number of plans you generate and reports you process, and your last-active time, used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To generate your personalized wellness plan and let you download it.
- To create and secure your account and provide password recovery.
- To operate, maintain, and understand usage of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed:
- Generated plans that are never downloaded are deleted automatically after about one week.
- Accounts with no sign-in for about two months are deleted along with their stored data.
4. How we protect your information
Passwords and security answers are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes, sessions are protected with signed cookies, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
5. Cookies
We use a single, essential cookie to keep you signed in during your session. Third-party advertising partners may set additional cookies as described below.
6. Advertising & third parties
This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

7. AI features and what they send
Premium includes features that explain your results, answer questions about them, and build a meal plan. These are produced by a third-party AI provider (Together AI, which runs the Llama model we use), which means part of your report is sent outside this service to generate them.
What is sent. Only the lab values from the report you are asking about: the test name, the value, its unit, and the reference range printed on your report. For a meal plan we also send your dietary preference and the region and season used to choose foods. For a question, we send the question you typed.
What is not sent. Your name, your email address and your account details are never sent to the AI provider.
- Only when you ask. Nothing is sent while you upload a report, generate a plan, or download it. Data is sent only at the moment you use one of the AI features.
- Only on Premium. The free tier never sends anything to the AI provider.
- We do not keep the AI's answer. Responses are shown to you and not stored on our side. We record only how much text each request used, so we can monitor cost.
- The provider handles that data under its own terms, which we do not control.
Your choice. Every other part of the service — uploading a report, generating a wellness plan, downloading it, and your history — works without the AI features. If you would prefer nothing leave this service, simply do not use AI insights, questions or meal plans.
8. Your choices
- You can edit the values you enter before generating a plan.
- You can stop using the Service; inactive accounts and unused plans are removed automatically as described above.
- To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at the address below.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults managing health information and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Medical disclaimer
The Service provides general wellness guidance only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician regarding your health and before acting on any information from the Service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
